NESE meeting – 5 October, 2010

Dear NESE colleagues,

Please find attached the agenda for the next NESE meeting in Prague, on October 5 as well as the final version of the mission statement. The first draft of the mission statement was commented by two evaluation societies. In a second version the working group integrated these comments on the basis of the discussion results of the NESE meeting in Munster 2010. In a second feedback loop with the two commenting evaluation societies the working group prepared the attached final version. As we decided in Munster this mission statement should be adopted during the NESE meeting in Prague and will be presented to the public during the EES Conference. We ask all NESE members to translate the mission statement into their national languages. After adopting it in Prague it can immediately be posted on the evaluation societies homepages and the NESE homepage. Furthermore you find attached the minutes of the NESE meeting in Munster and the PPT-presentation summing up the discussion in Munster.

We hope to see you all in Prague. Please, confirm your participation by replying to an email which you should have received. The venue of the meeting is the same as for the EES conference (http://www.ees2010prague.org/conference/general-info/venue.htm).
